Mission Statement

The Bulldogs Care Foundation was founded in memory of four Yale University Bulldogs and seeks to support disadvantaged youth as they pursue personal development through programs in athletics, education and mentoring.

Through our fundraising efforts, we aim to help those so powerful in potential yet without the proper financial or community support behind them. We celebrate the legacy of our friends by doing all that we can for a better tomorrow one young person at a time.

How BCF Helps

CITY SQUASH

Ten years ago, a sixth grade girl from the Bronx with round cheeks, wire-rimmed glasses and a radiant smile walked onto the Fordham squash courts and seemingly danced her way through her first CitySquash tryout, swinging the racket naturally and hitting the ball with ease. Jesse Pacheco is now a junior at Cornell University, and this past Friday she became the first player from an urban squash program to earn All-American honors.

About

In Memoriam

On January 17, 2003, the Yale University community was devastated by the deaths of four of its finest young men, Kyle Burnat, Andrew Dwyer, Sean Fenton and Nick Grass, as a result of a car accident on a dark and icy northeast winter night. These students were not just anyone to us; they were our best friends, teammates and fraternity brothers.
